Why Work For Us

Hiring Installers

We’re not just looking for people with an installer title. Someone with construction experience, basic tool knowledge, mechanical aptitude, or experience in another hands-on trade may be an excellent fit. We would rather find a dependable person with a good attitude who is eager to learn than someone with years of experience who does not take pride in their work.

Installations range across the following:

• Outdoor motorized screens
• Outdoor kitchens
• Window treatments
• Pergolas
• Awnings
• Fireplaces

If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, learning new skills, and seeing the results of your work, we’d like to hear from you. Additional criteria:

• Dependable and a good communicator
• You take pride in work that looks right, not just “done”
• You’re comfortable in a customer’s home and treat it like your own
• You can pass a background check (we run one on everyone)
• Construction experience is a plus
