A professional installation of an Aristocrat retractable awning is typically complete within 1 day. We use the same installation teams for all of our installs, with a very professional approach, attention to our customers’ properties, and care for the area we cover. We protect all surfaces and ensure that our work looks great for our customers. We typically install a ledger board with vinyl capping and flashing to protect your home from water damage and provide a sturdy surface for mounting your awning. Most other awning installers will screw brackets directly through your siding, without considering the protection of your home from water damage.

Motorized models with wind sensors retract automatically when wind speeds are consistent for 3-5 seconds over a set threshold that is adjustable. We recommend retracting all awnings when not in use.

To clean, sweep off loose debris, then wash both sides using clean water and a mild soap like Dawn dish soap. Gently scrub with a soft-bristled broom and rinse completely. Always let the awning dry completely before retracting to prevent mold and mildew.
